Alnus oblongifolia.  ARIZONA ALDER.  Tree.  Yavapai, Coconino, Navajo, and Apache counties, 3200-8000 feet [McD]


Alnus incana ssp. tenuifolia  (=Alnus tenuifolia).  THINLEAF ALDER.  Shrub or small tree.  Reported from the Tunicha and White Mountains, Apache County [McD].


Betula occidentalis.  WATER BIRCH.  Shrub or small tree.  Northern Coconino, Navajo, and Apache counties, 7000-8000 feet [McD].



Ostrya knowltonii.  KNOWLTON'S HOPHORNBEAM.  Tree or shrub.  Coconino County, 5000-7000 feet [McD].
