Arenaria lanuginosa ssp. saxosa.  SPREADING SANDWORT.   Perennial.  Throughout region, 5500-12,000 feet [McD].


Arenaria macradenia.  MOJAVE SANDWORT.  Perennial.  Mohave, Yavapai, and Coconino counties, 2000-5500 feet [McD].


Cerastium arvense.  FIELD CHICKWEED.  Perennial.  Coconino, Navajo, and Apache counties, 7000-9500 feet [McD].


Cerastium beeringianum ssp. earlei.  BERING CHICKWEED.  Perennial.  San Francisco Mountain, 11,000-12,000 feet [McD, who lists the species; the subspecies earlei, however, is the only one listed by USDA in Arizona].


Cerastium brachypodum.  SHORTSTALK CHICKWEED.  Annual or perennial.  Coconino, Navajo, and Apache counties, 7000-9500 feet [McD].


Cerastium nutans.  NODDING CHICKWEED.  Annual.  Coconino and Apache counties, 5400-9500 feet [McD].


Cerastium texanum.  TEXAS CHICKWEED.  Annual.  Reported from Coconino and Apache counties, 5500-8500 feet [McD].


Cerastium fontanum ssp. vulgare (=Cerastium vulgatum).   BIG CHICKWEED.  MOUSE-EAR CHICKWEED.  Short lived perennial.  Coconino, Navajo, and Apache counties [McD].


Drymaria effusa var. depressa (=Drymaria depressa).   PINEWOODS DRYMARY.  Annual.  Reported from White Mountains of Apache County, 7500-9500 feet [McD].


Drymaria glandulosa (=Drymaria fendleri).  FENDLER'S DRYMARY.  Annual.  Yavapai and Coconino counties, 5000-6000 feet [McD].


Drymaria leptophylla (=Drymaria tenella).  CANYON DRYMARY.   Annual.  Yavapai and Coconino counties, 6000-8000 feet [McD].


Drymaria molluginea (=Drymaria sperguloides).  SLIMLEAF DRYMARY.  Annual.  Throughout region, 4000-8000 feet [McD].

Minuartia filiorum (=Arenaria filiorum).  THREADBRANCH STITCHWORT.  Perennial.  Reported from Kaibab Plateau and the North Rim of Grand Canyon, Coconino County [McD].


Minuartia obtusiloba (=Arenaria obtusiloba).  TWINFLOWER SANDWORT.  Perennial.  San Francisco Mountain, Coconino County, 11,500-12,000 feet [McD].


Minuartia rubella (=Arenaria rubella).  BEAUTIFUL SANDWORT.  Perennial.  San Francisco Mountain, Coconino County, 11,000-12,500 feet [McD].


Paronychia jamesii.  JAMES' NAILWORT.  Perennial.  Reported from Coconino County at 5500-7500 feet [McD].


Paronychia sessiliflora.  CREEPING NAILWORT.  Perennial.  Near Meteor Crater, Coconino County, at ca 6900 feet [McD].


Pseudostellaria jamesiana (=Stellaria jamesiana).  TUBER STARWORT.  Perennial.  Coconino and Navajo counties, 6800-8000 feet [McD].


Sagina saginoides.  ARCTIC PEARLWORT.  Biennial to perennial.  San Francisco Mountain, Coconino County, at 11,500 feet [McD].


Saponaria officinalis.  BOUNCING BET.  Perennial.  Mohave, Yavapai, and Coconino counties, up to ca. 7500 feet [McD].


Silene acaulis var. subacaulescens (=? Silene acaulis ssp. subcaulescens).  MOSS CAMPION.  Perennial.  San Francisco Mountain, 11,500-12,000 feet [McD, using the apparent synonym given above, does not have an "a" after the "b" in the subspecific name, nor does K&P.  But USDA does not list it; they show a ssp. subacaulescens as a synonym, and cite a different authority than that cited by McD & K&P.].


Silene antirrhina.  SLEEPY CATCHFLY.  SLEEPY SILENE.  Annual.  Mohave, Yavapai, Coconino, and Navajo counties, 8500 feet and lower [McD].


Silene drummondii var. drummondii (=Lychnis drummondii).  DRUMMOND'S CAMPION.  Perennial.  Coconino and Apache counties, 7000-11,500 feet [McD].


Silene laciniata ssp. greggii.  MEXICAN CAMPION.  CARDINAL CATCHFLY.  Perennial.  Coconino, Navajo, and Apache counties, 5500-9000 feet [McD].


Silene menziesii.  MENZIES' CAMPION.  Perennial.  Coconino, Navajo, and Apache counties, 7000-9000 feet [McD].

Stellaria longifolia.  LONGLEAF STARWORT.  Perennial.  Reported from Coconino and Apache counties, 7500 feet or higher [McD].


Stellaria longipes.  LONGSTALK STARWORT.  Perennial.  Reported from White Mountains of Apache County, 8500-9500 feet [McD].


Stellaria media.  COMMON CHICKWEED.  Annual.  North Rim of Grand Canyon, West Fork of Oak Creek Canyon, Coconino County, 5400 feet and above [McD].


Stellaria nitens.  SHINY CHICKWEED.  Annual.  Reported from Grand Canyon, Coconino County, below 5000 feet [McD].


Stellaria umbellata.  UMBRELLA STARWORT.  Perennial.  San Francisco Mountain, 11,000-12,000 feet [McD].


Vaccaria hispanica (=Saponaria vaccaria).  COW SOAPWORT.  Annual.  Near Sedona, Coconino County, at ca. 4500 feet [McD].
