Canotia holacantha.  CRUCIFIXION THORN.  Shrub or tree.  Mohave and Yavapai counties, Havasu Canyon of Coconino County, 2000-4500 feet [McD].  Northern Gila County at Mazatzal Rest Area at ca. 3200 feet [LD].


Glossopetalon spinescens var. aridum (=Forsellesia nevadensis).  SPINY GREASEBUSH.  Shrub.  Mohave, Yavapai, and Coconino counties, 3500-6500 feet [McD].


Mortonia utahensis (=Mortonia scabrella var. utahensis).  UTAH MORTONIA.  Shrub.  Northern Mohave County, Havasu Canyon in Coconino County, 2300-3200 [McD].


Paxistima myrsinites (genus has also been spelled Pachystima).   MOUNTAIN LOVER.  OREGON BOXLEAF.  OREGON BOXWOOD.  Shrub.  Throughout region at 5600-9000 feet [McD].
